Roles & Responsibilities
Every client engagement is managed by an experienced Managing Director, backed by an experienced deal team, and supported by relevant financial, legal and industry specialists.
 
Deal Manager
The responsibilities of the Deal Managers include assessment of the Client's goals and objectives. The Deal Manager will review the options available and work to clarify the  issues surrounding a potential merger, acquisition or sale of the business. The Deal Manager gathers the requisite information and helps prepare data for Business Analysis, Valuation Assessment and Client Marketing. During the engagement the Deal Manager is the key link between the Client and the Deal Team. The Deal Manager keeps clients informed, screens potential buyers, conducts meetings with qualified buyers, manages the “Deal Room”, and coordinates resources during Due Diligence Review and Transition Planning.
 
Deal Team
The Deal Team supports Deal Managers at all stages during the engagement. In particular, the Deal Team works closely with the Deal Manager during initial development of the Buyer pool (including Strategic and Financial buyers.) The Team draws upon its wealth of experience during Financial Analysis, Deal Structuring, Due Diligence Management and Purchase Agreement Support. A key responsibility of the Deal Team is to maintain our proprietary databases, and to  update contacts within the public companies, private equity groups and strategic buyers who are currently active in the mergers and acquisitions marketplace.
